Homemade Granola
Nutrition Facts

Ingredients
Oil or nonstick cooking spray to grease pan
3 cups rolled old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Splenda® Sugar Blend
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup currants (dried)Directions
Use this granola as a breakfast cereal or as a topper for fruit salad or yogurt.
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and
grease with oil or cooking spray. Add the oats, syrup, apple juice concentrate, Splenda Sugar Blend, oil and cinnamon, and toss until completely combined. Bake 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
3. Add almonds, and sesame seeds to pan. Toss to combine with oats. Bake 25 minutes longer, or until the oats are fairly dry, stirring once or twice. Stir in the currants.
