Ingredients
1-2 Spaghetti Squash (When feeding a family of 4 I buy 2)

Any other seasonings you love!Directions
Preheat oven to 350
CAREFULLY cut squash in half. The exterior fo the squash is a harder than normal squashes so please be very careful when cutting.
Lay both sides flat side down in an oven-safe dish.
Add enough water to cover both sides about an inch up.
Cover with tin foil.
Cook in oven for 20- 30 minutes. When you take it out, you should be able to easily put a knife through the outer shell.
Turn squash around (flat side up) and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Let squash cool about 5-10 minutes until you're able to touch it.
With spoon dig out the seeds/water.
Using a fork - dig the "spaghetti" out. Just take you fork and move it down the sides of the squash.
Put all spaghetti in a bowl and add seasonings and some olive oil.
