Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

Exchanges per serving: 1 high-fat meat substitute, 0.2 reduced fat dairy

Ingredients

6 oz Greek yogurt
5 oz crumbled blue cheese
3/4 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp red (or white) wine vinegar
1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp water

Directions

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor till smooth. Transfer to an airtight container or covered serving dish and refigerate at least one hour, or preferably overnight to let flavors marry.

Serve with Sweet-Onion-Roasted Hot Wings, beef, or veggies.
