Salmon and Grits

Ingredients

Salmon Fillet

Quaker Oats Grits

Olive Oil

Sea Salt
Pepper
Dill Seasoning
Lemon Seasoning/Juice
Cumin
Thyme

Any other seasonings you love

Directions

Put a dab of olive oil on a skillet and heat until it's thinner/starts running.

Put salmon fillet on skillet on low heat.

Season how you desire (light on the sea salt)

About 5 minutes before salmon is done (a few minutes on each side) start preparing grits.

Follow directions on Quaker Oats Grits. (Do not add any salt)

When grits and salmon are done - put salmon on top of grits, cut into bite size pieces, stir and enjoy!
