Greek Yogurt Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

4 low-fat, whole-wheat tortilla wraps or low-carb wheat wraps

1 1/2 cups finely chopped or shredded cooked chicken breast (or turkey breast)

1/2 cup non-fat, Greek yogurt

1/2 cup sliced grapes, red or green (or raisins or other dried fruit make great alternatives, too)

1/3 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced apple

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Stir together the Greek yogurt, curry powder and lemon juice in a small bowl. Put the chicken, celery, apple, and grape halves in another bowl, a little larger. Add the mixture of Greek yogurt and spice to the chicken and mix it all together well. Scoop about one-fourth of the chicken mixture and place on one end of the wrap. After rolling up, slice in two and serve.
