Broccoli Salad
Nutrition Facts
81 Calories 2g Fat 2 g Fiber 3g Protein 15 g Calcium 163 mg Sodium
Ingredients
6 c fresh broccoli florets
1 medium red onion
3 T Hormel Real Bacon Bits
3/4 c (3 oz) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 c fat-free Mayonnaise
1/4 c Splenda or other sweetener
1/4 c apple cider vinegarDirections
In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, red onion, cheese and bacon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Splenda, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hours.
Before serving toss and serve.
