Diabetic Fudge

5.5 grams carbs

Ingredients

4 Eggs
2 Cups Splenda
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp low carb vanilla shake mix or vanilla whey-protein powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Beat eggs until light in color, then add Splenda. Continue beating until thick. Add dry ingredients, butter and pecan. Bake 30 min at 300 degrees. Cool and slice into servings
