Grape and Raspberry Salad
Ingredients
Lettuce
Baby Spinach and/or Arugula
Purple and/or Green Grapes
Chopped Almonds (easiest to purchase pre-chopped almonds)
Chopped Red and/or Green Apple
Raspberry Vinaigrette.Directions
Chop apples in bite size pieces.
Chop Almonds in half if the pre-chopped ones were not purchased.
Mix ingredients with a small amount of Raspberry Vinaigrette and enjoy!
