This seems to be the best meter as far as i'm concerned. I MYSELF NOTICED AFTER EATING CERTAIN FOODS MY SUGAR LEVEL SHOOTS UP HIGHER THAN NORMAL. I FEEL THIS METER WOULD GIVE YOU A REAL GOOD IDEA OF THE EFFECTS DIFFERENT FOODS HAVE ON YOU, ALLOWING YOU TO HAVE FULL CONTROL OF WHAT YOU SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT EAT,AND BETTER CONTROL OF YOUR GLUCOSE.
