Accu-Chek Compact Hi/Lo Control Solution

Accu-Chek Compact High/Low Control Solution was designed for use with the Accu-Chek Compact meter. The control solution simulates a blood test so you can check your test strips. Each Control Solution contains a known amount of glucose. If the control result is within an acceptable range, you know that your monitoring system is working properly.

Control™ Control Solutions

Control™ Control Solution is used to test the accuracy of your Control™ meter and test strips. Once you apply it to a test strip, the control solution confirms that the Control™ meter's test results are in the expected range printed on the test strip vial. The Control™ control solution tests should be performed at least once a week or every time a new vial of test strips is opened, as well as whenever you suspect the meter or test strips may not be functioning properly.

FreeStyle Control Solution

FreeStyle Control Solution is a red liquid that allows you to perform quality control checks to ensure that your FreeStyle Blood Glucose Monitoring System is working properly and that your blood glucose results are reliable. Each Control Solution contains a known amount of glucose. If the control result is within an acceptable range, you know that your monitoring system is working properly.

It is recommended that you perform a control solution test:

  1. When you first get your meter, before doing a blood glucose test
  2. When you open and begin using a new vial of test strips
  3. When you suspect that your meter or test strips are not working properly
  4. When you think your test results are not accurate, or if your test results are not consistent with how you feel
  5. When your meter is dropped, damaged or exposed to liquids
  6. When your health care provider advises you to do so

KeyNote Control Solution

The Key Note Control Solution simulates a blood test so you can check your test strips. Each Control Solution contains a known amount of glucose. If the control result is within an acceptable range, you know that your monitoring system is working properly

  1. Ensure that meter and test strips work together
  2. Practice testing without using blood
  3. Check that you are testing properly

It is recommended that you perform a control solution test:

  1. When you first get your meter, before doing a blood glucose test
  2. When you open and begin using a new vial of test strips
  3. When you suspect that your meter or test strips are not working properly
  4. When you think your test results are not accurate, or if your test results are not consistent with how you feel

OneTouch Control Solution is used to test the accuracy of your meter and test strips. Applied to a test strip, control solution confirms that the meter's test results are in the expected range printed on the test strip vial. Control solution tests should be performed at least once a week, every time a new vial of test strips is opened, and whenever you suspect the meter or test strips may not be functioning properly. Using the control solution is also recommended for teaching or learning how to test with your OneTouch® Blood Glucose Monitoring System.

Prodigy Autocode Control Solution

Prodigy Autocode Control Solution is used to test the accuracy of your meter and test strips. Applied to a test strip, control solution confirms that the meter's test results are in the expected range printed on the test strip vial. Control solution tests should be performed at least once a week, every time a new vial of test strips is opened, and whenever you suspect the meter or test strips may not be functioning properly.

Our Control Solution is a red liquid that contains a fixed amount of glucose that resembles blood. The purpose of Control Solution is three-fold:

  1. To practice testing, without having to use blood.
  2. To insure that your meter and test strips are working together properly.
  3. To check that you are following the correct testing procedure.

TRUEcontrol Glucose Control Solution is used to test the accuracy of your blood glucose meter and test strips. Applied to a test strip, control solution confirms that the meter's test results are in the expected range printed on the test strip vial. Each control solution contains a known amount of glucose.
