Medicare covers a blood and glucose meter, meter strips, lancets, lancet devices, batteries and control solution for diabetic patients - and typically pays 80% of the cost. Co-pays and deductibles apply. If you have a secondary insurance policy, it may cover the remaining 20%, so you could receive your supplies at no cost to you. Any out-of-pocket cost you may incur will depend on your insurance coverage and the state in which you live. Call us toll-free at 1-800-856-3162to find out exactly what your plan(s) cover.

You can join Diabetes Care Club even if Medicare is not your primary insurance plan - and you do not need to have supplemental insurance. We will file all Medicare, Medicaid and insurance claim forms for you and do not require any upfront payments. If you don't have secondary insurance, you may qualify for our Financial Waiver Program, which waives the 20% not covered by Medicare. If your medical coverage is through an HMO, the HMO must be willing to reimburse a non-network provider in order for our services to be covered.

Chances are you'll qualify for free Diabetes Care Club membership if you have diabetes - and have medical coverage through a private insurance company or through Medicare or Medicaid. 11. Why should I use you instead of my local drug store or pharmacy?

Diabetes Care Club is your most convenient, dependable and cost-effective choice for diabetes testing supplies. No more extra driving trips and gas costs - or having to rely on someone else for a ride. No more waiting in line. No more impersonal service. Absolutely no paperwork. The privacy you deserve.

Most pharmacies and drug stores require you to pay upfront for your supplies, which you will never have to do with us. We can also charge lower prices because our prices are set by Medicare - and we can only charge what Medicare approves. Pharmacies and drug stores are free to charge whatever they want, which is often significantly higher than our prices. We also automatically check in with you every three months to ensure that you always have the right diabetes supplies and never run out. If you have questions, one of our pharmacists is just a toll-free call away. And our Diabetic Care Coordinators are also available to answer any questions you may have about our services and the diabetes supplies you've received.
