History and Mission

Diabetes Care Club's mission statement is simple - and totally focused on our members. It is "Your Health is our Passion". This spirit is embodied by every member of our team and each time we serve you is an opportunity to demonstrate that commitment.

Diabetes Care Club, America's fastest-growing supplier of diabetic testing supplies, was founded in 2002. We were acquired by Simplex Health Care in the fall of 2007. To help us grow and better serve our members, Diabetes Care Club received $50,000,000 in funding from New Enterprise Associates in October 2007.

As of June 2011, Diabetes Care Club is providing an uninterrupted flow of diabetic testing supplies to over 250,000 patients.

There are more than 50,000 Medicare diabetes suppliers in the United States - and Diabetes Care Club is now the 3rd largest... and growing!

Diabetes Care Club is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee.
