Diabetes Care Club was acquired by Simplex Healthcare in 2007, and was founded in 2002. Diabetes Care Club has quickly grown to become the third largest diabetes supplier in the United States. Our experienced professionals help to provide convenient home delivery of diabetes testing supplies as well as superior customer service to each and every one of our 250,000 patients. We are located in Franklin, TN and are proud to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
