Type I: Do you eat cereal?

What cereal do you eat that is healthy and relatively low in carbs. I find it very difficult to eat cereal without jacking my bs sky-high, but it's such an easy breakfast solution.

My past favorites have been Fiber One: Cinnamon Crunch, and Kashi, but these are high in carbs.

Any suggestions from other cereal eaters?

I eat cheerios, I've tried wheaties and raisn nut bran but I find that they do as well sky rocket my bloodsugar, but yea cinnamon crunch and kashi unfortunately will do that, even finding breads that don't sky rocket the bloodsugar is difficult.

Stop all cereals. Instead check out the Atkins Diet and he has a lot of substitutes to this type of thing. He has a bread made from eggs also that taste delicious. I you have to have cereal then eat oatmeal with Stevia Extract to sweeten it.

Thanks so much for the advice. Oatmeal is my new best friend!
