More Advice About Insulin
Hii..
I used insulin shot regularly.
Can type 2 diabetes self-supply insulin without taking injection.?

Bernard,
Good question. Sometimes, people with type 2 diabetes that have weight to lose can decrease weight that sometimes places them in the position to have controlled blood sugars without their previous insulin dose. I never make promises because some people succeed and others just to not have the insulin productivity over time and continue to need assistance with insulin. If you have weight to lose, treat the weight with diet, exercise and weight loss and see.
What do you have to lose besides the insulin shot :)
Good Luck!

Hi, Bernard!
I have been on an insulin pump for three years and love it. I'm only "sticking" myself once every three days. The pump gives me an hourly small dose of insulin, then I bolus extra insulin by entering my blood sugar and the number of carbs I'm eating and the pump calculates the appropriate amount of insulin. I now have excellent control of my sugars (my three month average is 92).
