The recipes on this site can guide you. Also, sticking with whole foods is key. Does she like salads or soups? Those often cram a lot of veggies in at once and can be very filling :)

Hi JoJo,
This is a very open ended question with many possibilities of answers however, I think that diabetes is not always about specifics on what to eat and to limit foods that are simply taboo is very difficult and unrealistic to do so, it is about choices, quantities, quality, exercise, diet, medication and blood sugar control.
There are so many things and ways I can answer this very broad question however, It would benefit me if you can tell me a little about what type of diabetes, medication, diet and blood sugars so that I can navigate this question properly thank you!
