DCC!!

Hi my name is Tim and I work at the Diabetes Care Club since November 2011. Working for DCC has been a great experience and I have learned a great deal about this disease that affects so many of my fellow American brothers and sisters. It brings me much joy to be able to help people out everyday at work!!!

You may give DCC a call at 1-800-840-7711, or click the link at the top of the page that says "Do you have Diabetes and are you on Medicare? Find out if you qualify for an upgraded meter." to fill out a brief survey to be contacted by DCC!
