Return Policy

Diabetes Care Club will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a full refund or credit if the returned item(s) meet the follow criteria:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • Merchandise must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition (includes condition of packaging and expiration dates) and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
  • Customer must contact Diabetes Care Club and receive a Return Authorization prior to returning the merchandise
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to Diabetes Care Club once an RA is issued, except in the case of shipping errors or defective product.

Defective Product:
If a defective product is shipped to the customer, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.  The customer will be provided an RA and return postage to return the defective product.

Shipping Errors:
If the incorrect product is shipped to the customer, Diabetes Care Club will replace the product immediately at no cost to the patient.  Additionally, an RA will be issued and return postage will be sent to the customer for return of the incorrect product.    

Shortages:
Claims for shortages must be reported to Diabetes Care club within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.  Missing product will be shipped to the patient at no additional charge.

All merchandise returned not in resale condition (opened boxes, expired product, damaged goods) will be discarded and no credit and/or refund will be issued.
